All our preloved gowns for sale are in pristine or good used condition, however, please bear in mind that some of them may have minor wear and tear given they are rental items. The condition of the dress is reflected in the price of the item.

We use a weight based system for calculating shipping cost for preloved items:

• Express 0kg–2kg: $15.00
• Express2.1kg–5kg: $20.00
• Express5.1kg–8kg: $25.00

• Standard 0kg–2kg: $12.00
• Standard 2.1kg–5kg: $17.00
• Standard 5.1kg–8kg: $20.00

We dispatch Monday - Friday, and offer same business day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST. That's why we're famous for having our gorgeous gowns delivered within 24 hours of ordering! However unfortunately, we can't guarantee this for every customer. If you are in WA, NT or live in a rural area, expect delivery in 2-5 business days. For most Metro areas, expect delivery in 1-2 business days.

If you are in Sydney, you can pick up from our location in Forestville for free. Alternatively, we can organise a Same Day Delivery for an additional fee - this applies to Sydney metro customers only.

We are located in Forestville NSW 2087. We ship Australia wide using Australia Post's Express Post service. You can also pick up from our location if you live locally. However, we are not a retail store so we don't take visitors.
