Backup Dress Option

If your event is less than 2 weeks away and you’ve run out of time to order a Try On, you can add a Backup Dress to your order at 60% off.

Important: The Backup option is designed to give you peace of mind, but you can only wear one dress out of the two. If both dresses show signs of wear, you will be charged the full hire cost for the second dress.

This option is perfect if you’re unsure about size, style, or fit, and want a backup plan for your special event.

How to Order a Backup Dress

1. Read the policy below carefully to make sure you understand how it works.
2. Add both dresses to your cart. Select the same rental duration and delivery date for both items.
3. At checkout, enter the discount code BACKUP. The lesser-valued dress will automatically be discounted to 60% off.

Backup Dress Policy

• The backup discount cannot be used for Try Ons. Backup dresses are specifically for last-minute hires when a Try On isn’t possible. If the code is applied incorrectly, you will be asked to pay the difference.
• The backup discount cannot be applied to accessories (slips, hats, flower crowns, clutches, etc.).
• Both dresses must have the same rental duration and delivery date.
• The less expensive dress automatically becomes the backup dress. The 60% discount applies only to that item.
• The backup dress fee is non-refundable. If you decide to wear the backup instead of the main dress, the price difference between them is not refunded.
