I was hiring for my maternity shoot and wasn't sure which one to choose so I ordered the backup dress option. Love the customer service! Very prompt with responding to our queries and our needs. In the end (with my pregnant) brain, I actually forgot to bring the dress to the shoot... but still had some fun at home with our own "home shoot". I'm also so grateful for the mama rentals team to allow one extra day to return the dress because I forgot to bring it to the shoot to allow time for us to do our home shoot so we can actually still take photos with the gorgeous dress. Pregnancy brain had me completely forget to hire a TENS until last minute. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get one in time, couldn’t fault the service though! Express post and I received my order within a few days.
I used the TENS for majority of my labour and it was a godsend, helping me get through each contraction. Highly recommend

We’re sorry to hear the dress wasn’t the right fit for you, we understand how disappointing that can be, especially with a time-sensitive booking.
At the time of your order, our sizing guidance noted the XL could suit up to an AUS 20. This was based on previous customer feedback, including a customer around a 22–24 who was happy with the fit in this size. However, as the fabric has no stretch and the sleeves are a more fitted cut through the upper arm, we understand that fit can vary significantly depending on individual body shape and proportions.
We’ve since updated the sizing notes to better clarify this for future customers.
For bookings where timing is tight and exchanges may not be possible, we also offer a Backup Dress option at 60% off the second style. This allows customers to secure two sizes or styles for peace of mind, particularly for urgent orders.
We are always happy to offer personalised sizing advice prior to booking as well.

I absolutely loved wearing the Jasmin gown it was so comfortable and I looked the part for black tie. Paired with the gold clutch it was the perfect outfit. I just purchased a black Satin slip dress to wear underneath so I didnt have to be worried about the split at the front for the night. Highly recommend for Black tie event!
