Please note, if you have chosen different delivery dates for different items in the same order, you would have been only charged for one shipping fee when you checkout. In this case, we will need you to pay additional shipping cost to cover the additional shipments. 3

You can order a try on of this product by selecting 'Try On' as the Rental Duration, then proceed to checkout to complete the booking.

• The garment needs to be returned within 24 hours of delivery (according to Australia Post’s tracking or time of pick up), and in its original, unworn condition.
• The try-on fee of your chosen item will be refunded to you, if you proceed to place a 4-Day (or longer) rental order within 3 days of trying it on.
• Please note you can only try on garments on Mondays and Tuesdays. 
• Try On orders are generally only shipped one day prior to your delivery date, as we assume you are flexible with dates. If you are not, please book a rental instead.

We dispatch Monday - Friday, and offer same business day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST. That's why we're famous for having our gorgeous gowns delivered within 24 hours of ordering! However unfortunately, we can't guarantee this for every customer. If you are in WA, NT or live in a rural area, expect delivery in 2-5 business days. For most Metro areas, expect delivery in 1-2 business days.

If you are in Sydney, you can pick up from our location in Forestville for free. Alternatively, we can organise a Same Day Delivery for an additional fee - this applies to Sydney metro customers only.

We are located in Forestville NSW 2087. We ship Australia wide using Australia Post's Express Post service. You can also pick up from our location if you live locally. However, we are not a retail store so we don't take visitors.

You will be charged a Card Charge Authorisation fee of $0.50 when you place your order. At that time, your card details are captured and securely stored by a third party subscription app. Mama Rentals is authorised to make additional charges should the hired garment(s) be returned late, damaged or stolen. Once the garment(s) is returned on time and without damages, we will cancel the subscription, and you will not be charged any further recurring amounts.
