This protection covers you for up to a maximum of $500 per order (not per item).
If major staining, tears or other damage is caused to a garment by you that will cost us more than $500 to fix, you will still be liable for the remainder amount.
If the damage caused by a customer is so severe, that it prevents us from renting out the item ever again, you may be liable for repair or replacement fees up to a maximum of 150% of the RRP of the item.
Damage Protection Insurance does not cover you for:
- Late return of items
- Loss or theft of items
- Returns which are lost in transit (though you are protected if there is evidence that the package was lodged/scanned at any point)
- Damage that has been caused deliberately, or where extreme recklessness or carelessness is evident
