Damage Protection Insurance $8.95

Accidents can happen. Protect yourself against any mishaps by adding Damage Protection Insurance to your order today.

This protection covers you for up to a maximum of $300 per order (not per item). 

If major staining, tears or other damage is caused to a garment by you that will cost us more than $300 to fix, you will still be liable for the remainder amount. 

If the damage caused by a customer is so severe, that it prevents us from renting out the item ever again, you may be liable for repair or replacement fees up to a maximum of 150% of the RRP of the item.

Damage Protection Insurance does not cover you for:

• Late return of items
• Loss or theft of items
• Returns which are lost in transit (though you are protected if there is evidence that the package was lodged/scanned at any point)
• Damage that has been caused deliberately, or where extreme recklessness or carelessness is evident
