I hired a labour TENS machine on recommendation, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made for my birth. It didn’t eliminate the contraction pain completely, but it transformed it into something I could manage. The boost button was a game changer — as soon as a contraction started, hitting that button gave me a sense of control and real relief.
It was the only pain relief I ended up using during my entire labour, and it helped me stay calm, focused, and confident throughout. I honestly can’t recommend it highly enough to anyone preparing for labour. It made a huge difference in my experience.
1. Choose Your Delivery Date and Rental Duration
Typically, we advise to have the TENS machine delivered to you 1 - 2 weeks prior to your due date.
2. We Deliver to Your Door
Your TENS machine arrives 1–2 days before your selected delivery date, beautifully packed and ready to use.
3. Return It, Stress-Free
Just pop it in the prepaid return satchel and return it over the counter at the post office on the last day of your rental.

Please note, if you have chosen different delivery dates for different items in the same order, you would have been only charged for one shipping fee when you checkout. In this case, we will need you to pay additional shipping cost to cover the additional shipments.
We dispatch Monday - Friday, and offer same business day dispatch on orders placed before 2pm AEST. That's why we're famous for having our gorgeous gowns delivered within 24 hours of ordering! However unfortunately, we can't guarantee this for every customer. If you are in WA, NT or live in a rural area, expect delivery in 2-5 business days. For most Metro areas, expect delivery in 1-2 business days.
If you are in Sydney, you can pick up from our location in Forestville for free. Alternatively, we can organise a Same Day Delivery for an additional fee - this applies to Sydney metro customers only.
We are located in Forestville NSW 2087. We ship Australia wide using Australia Post's Express Post service. You can also pick up from our location if you live locally. However, we are not a retail store so we don't take visitors.
