2. We Deliver to Your Door

Your dress arrives 1–2 days before your event, beautifully packed and ready to wear. Make sure to try on as soon as possible and notify us any issues within 24 hrs of delivery. Rock your special occasion with confidence, comfort and compliments.

3. Return It, Stress-Free

No cleaning needed! Just pop it in the prepaid return satchel and return it over the counter at the post office on the last day of your rental.

⚠️ If you select different delivery dates for multiple items in one order, only one shipping fee is charged at checkout. Any extra shipments will require an additional shipping payment.

Yes! You can select “Try On” as the Rental Duration at checkout.

• Must be booked more than 2 weeks before your event
  
• Garment must be returned within 24 hours of delivery (based on AusPost scan) in original, unworn condition
  
• Try-on fee is refunded when you book a 4-day (or longer) hire within 3 days of return
  
• Try-ons are shipped Mondays/Tuesdays only
  
• Try-ons are dispatched 1 day before delivery (we are assume your dates are flexible)
  

💡 Less than 2 weeks until your event? Book your dress with a backup Dress option instead - that way, you’re covered without the time pressure of a Try-On.

Our Backup Dress is your safety net for last-minute events.

• Add a second dress (equal or lesser value) to your order at 60% off
  
• Both dresses arrive together - try them on, wear your favourite one ONLY, and return both
  
• Perfect for events less than 2 weeks away.

• Orders placed before 2pm AEST (Mon–Fri) dispatch the same business day
  
• Most metro areas: allow 1–2 business days
  
• Rural area, WA and NT: allow 2–5 business days
  
• Sydney customers: Free local pick-up (Forestville) or Same-Day Courier (extra fee)

We understand that fit can be tricky, and sometimes the dress just isn’t quite right.

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery (based on AusPost scan) AND return the dress unworn within the same timeframe
  
• If conditions are met, we’ll issue you a store credit (minus actual shipping cost, calculated by weight)
  
• To avoid stress, we recommend choosing a Backup Dress for last-minute hires or using our Try-On service if your event is further away (more than 2 weeks).

We understand - sometimes the weather (or little ones) don’t play along 🌦️

• If your photoshoot needs to be postponed, simply let us know.
  
• As long as the dress isn’t booked back-to-back, we can extend your hire to your new date.
  
• A reasonable extension fee applies, calculated pro-rata to our 4-day, 8-day, or 14-day hire rates.

Nope! We’ll handle that for you ✨ Every garment is professionally cleaned using eco-friendly, water-based methods - safe for sensitive skin and kinder to the planet.

All we ask is that you return the dress in the same condition you received it:

• Light marks and minor wear are completely fine (and expected).
  
• Please gently remove any prickles, dust, sand, or debris before returning.
  
• If the dress gets wet, make sure it’s dried off before shipping so it doesn’t get damaged in transit.
  
• If a dress is returned heavily soiled (e.g. red wine, mud, fake tan transfer), an extra cleaning fee may apply.
